Order Description
CASE study: The CEO has now fired the HR Director in light of your two reports. The HR Director, it was felt, was not leading edge and not working strategically for the organisation’s benefit. You have been asked to submit an application for the position.
Task:
1 . Explain in Two pages what is HRM and how you understand the role of the HR Director.
2. Submit letter of application ( One page) outlining why you are the best person for the job role and demonstrate your approach to the strategic HRM.
